At TB Electric, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-voltage fashion; if you aren't thrilled with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all original-condition apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
